These Terms of Use govern the use of the WT: WorkTime app.
By using WT: WorkTime, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the App
WT: WorkTime is an app for personal work-time tracking. It helps users record when they start and finish work, view their entry history, and track the total number of hours recorded.
The app is intended solely for personal use and independent record-keeping.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, keeping their records safe, and their use of the information displayed in the app.
Data created in WT: WorkTime does not constitute an official timesheet, payslip, accounting document, or legal evidence. Users decide for themselves how to use these records when dealing with an employer or other parties.
Data Storage
Work-time entries and settings are stored locally on the user’s device. The app does not create an account or send work-time history to the developer’s server.
Users can delete individual time entries in the app. All locally stored data is also deleted when the app is removed from the device.

Availability and Updates
The developer aims to keep WT: WorkTime working but does not guarantee that the app will always operate without errors or interruptions, or on all device models and operating system versions.
The developer may release updates, change individual app features, or discontinue support for them.
Intellectual Property
The WT: WorkTime app, its design, interface, text, and other elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted the right to use the app solely for personal purposes in accordance with App Store rules and these terms.
Limitation of Liability
WT: WorkTime is provided “as is”. The developer is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including discrepancies between a user’s personal records and an employer’s calculations.
Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms of Use. The current version is always published on this page.
